Apart from the administrative process related to documents, the system also allows managing custom tasks. A task allows describing the task content, the participants and the relevant execution process.

Tasks are used to document a series of actions generally including a number of administrative steps performed by different administrators. Administrators performing specific task steps learn it from the task document when they have to do something in relation to a given task.

Tasks always have a description data sheet that administrators taking part in the performance of the given task can use for adding their comments. CRAFT documents, other tasks and external files can also be attached to tasks.

Module functions:

  • Adding notes and warnings to a task
  • Creation and management of partial tasks
  • Task priority management
  • Headlines management (a completion deadline can be specified for each task step and users receive notification about nearing or expiring headlines)
