External auditors of SGS audited our company's integrated quality and information security management system again, and as they found it compliant in all regards, they proposed re-issuing our ISO 9001:2008 certificate and extending the validity of our ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificate.

Cardinal Kft. introduced its integrated quality and information security management system in 2003 and received the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management system certificate based on the external audit conducted by SGS in the same year. We were also one of the first software development companies in Hungary to receive the BS 7799-2:2002 information security management system certificate.

Our company did not only introduce the system but also continuously upgrades it in line with the most recent standards. As a result, it already complies with the more recent ISO 9001:2008 quality management and the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 information security management standards.

SGS auditors have conducted regular external audits since the introduction of our integrated quality and information security management system so that the validity of our certificates remained consistent. This year we had a re-assessment audit and a surveillance audit of our compliance with the quality management standard and the information security management standard, respectively.

The auditors proposed re-issuing our quality management certificate, now for the 6th time, and the 6th issue of our information security management certificate, which was re-assessed at the beginning of the year, also remains effective.
