KDB Bank's NetBank service offers new functions

New KDB NetBank interface functions were introduced for KDB Bank customers this summer.

In 2009 KDB Bank (Magyarország) Zrt. introduced the Electra Internet Banking channel for its existing Electra system to supplement the client programs named PCKontakt. The KDB NetBank interface provided by the bank offers three different service packages tailored to the bank's retail, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and large corporate customer groups.

The new release of KDB NetBank, which went live in August, offers the following new functions:

  • A modified menu structure to give a clearer overview
  • New order types:
    • Forint transfers between own accounts
    • Standing Order Module: create new standing orders, modify or delete existing ones
    • Apply for, modify or cancel SMS services related to bankcards or bank account numbers
    • Set up holds
    • Set up the acceptance of marketing messages
  • Modification of internal foreign currency transfer order
  • Query not fulfilled direct debit orders
  • Query rejected entries
  • Filter account history for name, account number, amount, date or narrative text
  • Display new business details in loan portfolio queries
  • Print account balances
  • Print sent orders
  • Import function for foreign exchange transfer and domestic forint payment orders
  • Modified template management
  • Warning displayed when a new incoming message is received
  • Navigation function added to KDB Tip displayed on Overview page
  • New log-out icon for easier exit
  • Wizard complemented with new functions
