External auditors of SGS audited our company's integrated quality and information security management system again, and as they did not find any non-compliance, our ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certificate was reissued and our ISO 9001:2008 certificate was extended.

Cardinal Kft. introduced its integrated quality and information security management system in 2003, then received the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management system certificate based on the external audit conducted by SGS in the same year. Furthermore, we were one of the first software development companies in Hungary to receive the BS 7799-2:2002 information security management system certificate.

Our company not only introduced the system but also continuously upgrades it in line with the most recent standards. As a result, our integrated system already complies with the more recent MSZ ISO/IEC 27001:2006 information security management and the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 quality management standards.

SGS has regularly conducted external audits since the introduction of our integrated quality and information security management system so that the validity of our certificates remained continuous. This time the auditors carried out a renewal audit with respect to quality management and an inspection-type audit with respect to information security. We were glad when we received the records of the successful external audit and were issued the new information security certificate, which is the 4th document proving our continued compliance with the effective standards.
