It often happens that only the person who submitted the initial need can check the results of the operations-implemented modifications. This is why it is important to also arrange the testing of these modifications. If the solution required a simple modification, administrators can check its completeness in the system they use. However, when the modification involved major changes, the solution must usually be tested and accepted in a dedicated test system. The testing process and conditions are to be defined by the staff member responsible for the function to be tested. If any problems are identified during testing, the whole process is returned to the responsible person. Any participants affected by the solution can draw up a testing plan, which is then carried out and checked by the system.
Enforced by the system, testing becomes an integral part of modification processes, which allows the company to continuously increase the operational safety of its systems.
Since the details the system stores about test cases always include the staff member who performed them, there cannot be any necessary test cases which are not dealt with.
